Issues found during Rapid driver Testing of NV 169.21 for Windows XP: 

- Windows XP Pro SP2 & NV 8600 GTS:   When resuming from S3/S4 sleep, the powerDVD window remains black even during movie playback.
- Windows MCE & NV 8600 GTS: A white frame exsits during post and bootup when connecting S-vid/Component/Composite to a TV/LCD.
